Scope and order formation

These terms apply to purchases from Jinricloud. Product descriptions, prices, payment options and applicable delivery information are displayed before you place an order. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt; acceptance is communicated in the order information in accordance with applicable law.

Check your order and contact details before submitting it. Payment must be authorised through the available checkout method. If an order is declined or cancelled after payment, sums due back will be reimbursed.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product colours; differences between screen displays may cause minor visual variations.

Prices and payment

The final payable amount, currency, applicable taxes and any other charge are disclosed before payment. See the Payment Policy. Additional charges require your express consent.

Delivery, withdrawal and conformity

The Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy explain delivery and returns. Eligible distance purchases have a statutory 14-calendar-day withdrawal right; new consumer goods have the applicable three-year statutory conformity guarantee in Spain.

No sale label, voluntary return condition, promotional rule or general limitation in these terms overrides mandatory consumer rights.

Website use

Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, access another person's account or submit fraudulent information. Website content may be protected by intellectual property rights; obtain the relevant permission before commercial reuse.

Liability, applicable law and disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes remedies for non-conforming goods. Applicable Spanish law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection applicable in their country of habitual residence.

No exclusive forum term removes a consumer's right to bring proceedings before a court available under mandatory law. Complaints may be submitted using the contact details below and are handled under the process on our Contact page.

A change to these terms applies prospectively and does not retrospectively remove rights under an accepted order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue to apply.
