Payment options and currency

Use the payment methods actually offered in checkout for your order. Availability can vary by destination and provider. The selected currency and final payable amount are displayed before you confirm payment.

Applicable taxes and any additional charge payable to us are disclosed before purchase. No preselected optional payment or additional charge replaces your express consent.

We do not apply extra surcharges for using any available payment method.

Authorisation and security

The checkout provider explains any authorisation or confirmation step required for the selected method. Orders proceed after successful payment confirmation. Payment or fraud checks may require additional verification; do not provide passwords or full card credentials through support messages.

A failed payment does not by itself prove that an order was accepted. If you suspect duplicate payment or an incorrect charge, contact us with the order reference and a description, excluding sensitive card details.

Refunds and disputes

Refunds are handled under the Return & Refund Policy. Statutory withdrawal reimbursement is made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and incur no fee.

You may contact us about a payment problem and retain any rights to use a lawful payment-provider dispute process. Contacting us first is a request for efficient resolution, not a condition that removes those rights.
